Women and Child Victims of Abuse and domestic violence

Our Ongoing Support for Ahmed Cherif
Nine-year-old Ahmed arrived from Tunisia with
-
club foot
-
facial paralysis
-
developmental delays
Since January 2023, Project Life has been changing his future through critical medical interventions unavailable in his homeland.

He has come to the United States seeking medical care that was unobtainable in Tunisia.
-
He has never seen a dentist.
-
He has never attended school.
-
He has been isolated and never allowed to associate with other children.

Project Life has had the privilege, since they arrived in the United States in January 2023, to support improving his quality of life.
We continue to raise funds to support the ongoing needs to improve Ahmed’s quality of life.
We are asking for your help to support this initiative as well.

According to the latest estimates from the United Nations, the ongoing conflict in Gaza has resulted in the tragic loss of thousands of lives, with over 18,000 people injured.
More than one million individuals have been displaced, forced to flee their homes to escape the violence.
The humanitarian needs in the West Bank are also increasing at an alarming rate.
Thousands of people in Gaza, many of them children, are enduring extreme hardships due to a severe lack of access to food, water, and basic sanitation facilities, compounded by the widespread destruction of infrastructure.
While some aid has begun to trickle into the affected areas, it is far from sufficient to address the massive humanitarian crisis facing Gaza.
The Youth Serving Youth Project is dedicated to supporting full-scale relief efforts to prevent a humanitarian disaster.
We are mobilizing resources and working tirelessly to provide essential aid to those in dire need.
The member agencies of the Humanitarian Coalition are actively involved in the region, leveraging their extensive networks and on-the-ground presence.
With their collaboration, we ensure that the funds raised through the Gavel Club are used exclusively for humanitarian purposes, directly impacting the lives of those affected by the conflict.
Your support is crucial. Together, we can make a difference and bring hope to those who need it most.
Please donate today to help us reach our goal and provide the necessary relief to war orphans and other vulnerable populations in Gaza and the West Bank.
Thank you for your generosity and commitment to this vital cause.

Domestic violence involves one adult in a relationship abusing their power to dominate and control the other.
It creates a dynamic of control and fear through various forms of abuse, including physical violence, psychological manipulation, social isolation, financial exploitation, and much more.
The occurrence of such violence can be sporadic, occasional, or persistent.
Despite its severity, this significant issue has been largely overlooked and poorly comprehended.
Not only are we joining hands with the community leaders to bring awareness of this cause, we are also trying to work with local groups who provide safe homes and support the victims to come out of their trauma and start their lives again.
